She did the same thing for my brother and my mother as well, she sold their properties within a month after a previous agent could not in over a year. Dave and Jill were a great help to us while purchasing our first home. Dave stuck with us through the long home search, we must have looked at 20 homes! But once we found the right one in German Village, they got to work and were able to negotiate a fantastic price! Jill worked extremely hard during the inspection process and was able to get us a brand new furnace! From financing to closing, Freeland Realty Group guided us and now we absolutely love our new place.
