Jill came to the listing appointment fully prepared with a presentation binder for our house, a staging plan and a marketing plan. She answered all of our questions immediately, completely and accurately during her presentation. We agreed to the listing and she had a "Coming Soon" sign in our yard within 2 hours even though it was raining very hard that day. That's the way things were with Jill throughout the sale. If she said she would do something, she did it without delay. Jill has a great network of supporting services including staging, videographer and photographer who all produced high quality results. The YouTube video of our house was amazing. When we needed a few repairs, she helped us get workers out to the house with minimal delay. Christina Sheehy is above reproach and ethical when it comes to Real Estate. Unlike some buyers who are really not sure what they want, we knew exactly what we wanted and shared that vision with her. We looked at some homes together and she pointed out things I wasn’t aware of which impressed me as she showed her honesty and that she treats her clients like she is buying the home for herself and what things SHE would want to have brought to her attention. Thanksgiving week, we were across the country on vacation for a week, a house that was perfect for us came onto the market and she volunteered to go and video walk thru immediately on day 1 of it being listed. We wanted Christina to represent us as we went down the path to sell our home that we had occupied for 16 years. We closed on the house without a hitch or any adjustment to the price after we accepted the offer.
