Stop using local probate court listings to advertise! You keep sending us letters, generic, printed out letters, trying "I am a local realtor that specializes in selling property that is part of an estate. I can help with the sale of the property, and if you still need help to finish cleaning out the house, I can help arrange that too". Not one ounce of sympathy for the families loss, just want to send you a generic letter trying to sell your property. We never reached out to her, she or someone she hires, combs through the probate listings and sends advertising for her company. You should be ashamed of yourself!!
