Let me first start out by saying, when it comes to buying/selling your home, there are realtors and then there's the Jillian Von Ohlen Team. I started out with your run-of-the-mill realtor for about 2 mos before I went with my gut and moved on; deciding to get serious about hiring someone who's knowledge and performance I could trust.  Jillian is a no-nonsense professional who knows lots to mansions, was organized and thorough in her work with me, collaborative and honestly managed my expectations and best of all--a NICE human being who treats clients with dignity and respect and not like a price tag.  From her comprehensive assessment and listing of my quite rough-around-the-edges home  to her impressive salesmanship, Jillian made my first-time selling experience exactly what I wanted; hasty and breezy.  Last, Jillian is true to her name in that her work with you is a team effort.  Easily my favorite part of the process was getting my needs met, questions answered and tons of knowledgeable responsive support from her assistant Danielle.  With so much competition out there it's rare that you find a business who's team members serve with such sound credibility and expertise.  I feel lucky that my second experience of a realtor was this good.

Jillian and her team was amazing! Jillian has perfected her craft in real estate. I had a few consultations and also allowed the realtors to visit my property, and then met with each again to get their perspective and professional opinion on the asking price. Jillian stood out by far with her results after a 30 minute visit. She was able to tell me the current asking price without any additional edits and the asking price with minor edits. She provided me with resources at her fingertips; which was my biggest headache and stress. Jillian was attentive and available throughout my entire process! If you want to sleep at night during the sale of your home; Jillian and her team is hands down your best option!
