In addition, Jim is willing to work hard to sell a home. Since we were living out of the area, Jim was willing to go the extra mile and coordinate aspects of the inspection phase of the sale. In the end - the most important metric was the one he excelled at - he sold our home, at a reasonable price in a reasonable amount of time - and in this market, that fact speaks for itself.

He does not push you into something and he looks at the house with you not just stands there as you look at the house, he goes into every room and if something is alarming he would point it out. Things like this as a new purchaser for a home I didn't know what to look for. He is on time or early for every showing and never rushes you. Jim works around your schedule for evening appointments if you work or lets you know his schedule so you can fit yourself in so it works out for everyone. I can't say enough good things about Jim, and I have nothing at all bad to say. He's great!
