My name is Jim Franklin. Like so many here, I was drawn to Colorado because of the beautiful plains and Majestic Mountains and let’s not forget the lakes, rivers and all of the wildlife here. I was born in California and raised in Phoenix, AZ. I have had the privilege of serving our Country in the United States Army and was stationed in Germany. It was there that I knew I had to be around mountains and have four seasons to enjoy. My wife and I, with our first son started vacationing outside of AZ, to find our new home. You guessed it, we did not look any farther than Colorado. It took me 4 years to maneuver my career and get the transfer of a life time.
