Jim's knowledge and passion for real estate started well before his real estate career began. As the assistant superintendent of construction for a new home builder he began his love for the business. Overseeing a property built from the ground up gave him a better understanding of the construction side of things but interacting with the customers and families gave him a real appreciation for what his real estate career is all about...his clients.
