We worked with Jim Krimpelbein of Team Ferguson and had a wonderful experience. Jim worked tirelessly with us to find our dream home, and was with us every step of the way. Jim had extensive knowledge of Eau Claire and Chippewa county real estate, which was very helpful since we are not from Wisconsin. He was incredibly responsive and available at all times. My wife and I worked with Jim Krimplebine. He is a very straight forward man. I am not one to beat around the bush or sugar coat anything. I told Jim right from the start that this is going to be a tough sale. The property we were selling, would be great for a first time single parent..... the kitchen was small and there really wasnt a lot that could make it seem bigger.Jim was optimistic that it would be a quick sale. We had it on the market for about 2 months. Plenty of people looked at it, but no offers. We had a unique situation, our renters were willing to buy it, but needed 4-6 months to get finances in order. So we were very firm on the price that the three of us agreed on.We got an all cash offer, and I asked Jim point blank his thoughts. Even though it was a few thousand less, he told me we HAVE to take this offer.Im thankful that we did. Mr. Krimplebine sure knows his business.
