Jim Moreno

The Moreno group were great. I was unfamiliar with the Fort Leavenworth area and was moving here from out of state. I reached out to the Moreno group and before I even arrived to the area, they told me what cities around the Fort Leavenworth area we should look at that best fit our requirements, such as good schools, low cost of living, and the best housing communities. Jim and I searched a fair amount of homes and not once did I ever feel rushed or pressured to pick a home. Even when we did find a home, Jim went to bat for us in negotiating a lower listing price and he was instrumental during the home inspections ensuring nothing was overlooked. There was never a question that Jim couldn't answer either immediately or he would get back to me within the day. He made sure I understood the entire house hunting process from start to finish. It's not easy moving half way across the country to a city you have never visited, but the Moreno group really did an outstanding job in making our house hunting experience a good experience.

The Moreno's were wonderful to work with in every respect and we came out of our homebuying experience feeling like we had made new friends. Jim was extremely patient and supportive with us over several months and then really helped us out when we finally made up our minds. We will recommend them to everyone we know
