I contacted Jim Pappas after having had no success with a competitive broker. We agreed on an acceptable low offer and set our sights on what we hoped would be the top offering price for my condo. The first offer came after being on the marker for four weeks. It was the price we had hoped for as our top shelf price and it was accepted immediately. Jim is direct, to the point , knows the real estate business and knows the market place. His staff consists of a group of super nice, professional real estate people. Showing my property was stress free a far cry from my previous experience. I do not know when I will sell again but if I do Rock Realty will be my choice.

I would highly recommend Jim Pappas to anyone selling their property. He did a great job on our co-op apartment sale. We had some issues with the co-op board that delayed the procedure and Jim stuck with us until the board got their act together.
