- Jim listed, but didn't sell, my home
Jim is a very abrupt aggressive individual and while somewhat professional, his demeanor put us on edge. He was rude and downright condescending to us causing our transaction to fold which played out by our awaiting the contracted end to renegotiate with another agent. That agent sold the home within days and was a pleasure to work with. From the beginning, our experience with Mr. Rose was completely uncomfortable. In addition, neighbors had similar experience with him.
