Jim Summers

Over the years Jim owned several businesses while pursuing a 20 year career as professional firefighter (retired 2013). As a free labor son, if you don't count dad buying lunch and snacks, he learned how to maintain rental homes for his father and later in life started investing in his own properties. Flipping houses became part of his income but he always felt he could sell the home better than the real estate agents he hired as he had a better knowledge of home construction and maintenance and just seemed to care more. In 2006 he became licensed "just to do his own" properties and within a 1 1/2 years he was the #2 producer for the brokerage.
