Jim Sweat

We loved working with Jim when buying our home. We were looking to move from OH to FL and didn’t know much about the area. Jim helped us find homes in the area and narrow down what we wanted in our home. He was patient with us. We worked with him for several months before making a decision. He was not pushing us to buy quickly or to buy something we didn’t want. He was available to show us homes when we could come to the area. He carefully showed us the areas we were considering and let us make our own decision. When we found our house, he helped us negotiate with the sellers and we feel we got the best price for the house. The closing process went very smooth and we were able to do everything from OH. He gave us excellent recommendations for inspections, mortgages, insurances, and title attorneys. It was a pleasure working with Jim and we would certainly recommend him.

Jim was great to work. He helped us in our long distance search. When we came to look at properties he had everything lined up and took us through them with great thoroughness. He didn’t pressured us or try to sell us one any particular property. He gave us the facts, let us look around the area and make our own decision.
