My husband and I, both U.S. Military Veterans (my husband still serves actively in the US Army National Guard here in Madison) have known Jim for over 15 years and have only bought and sold our homes through him (bought our first house here in Sun Prairie and also sold our first house and bought our second house). We were extremely happy with the price we paid for our one story home, and, with the amount we received for the sale of our Townhouse. What more could we ask. Jim & Justin didn't stop there. They guided us through every step. They continuously updated us in the process for both our purchase and our sale. When we needed help they responded quickly. When we needed someone to move some special equipment they even did that! When we needed a source for renovations in our new home they found them for us, and we are extremely happy with the work of the people that they referred. To this day, Jim continues to contact us to see how things are going. Sue and I feel that we not only found a good realtor, but also a good friend.
