Jim Tracey

Jim uses leading edge technology-based marketing, a proven win-win approach to negotiating, a team of skilled full-time Buyer Specialists, and always does the right thing for his clients which has resulted in consistent growth each year in his Real Estate business. Jim was born in upstate NY, but moved South where he completed a degree in Computer Information Systems at the University of Tennessee. His first career started as a computer programmer, progressed into software sales management, and advanced to being CEO of an international logistics service company. He and his wife live in Anderson on Lake Hartwell where they raised 2 great children. Jim's daughter is pursuing a PhD in neuroscience at Emory University and his son recently completed his Computer Science degree at Clemson University and now works for Google.
