My family and I were relocated quickly to the Minneapolis area for my job. We met Jim via email and phone on a Monday / Tuesday and gave him our lists of would like / must haves etc. Late that night, we received an email from Jim with our first set of homes to look at. We critiqued them and provided him with additional likes / dislikes. The following day we had another set of homes in the inbox. We picked out our top 10 and that weekend headed to Minneapolis to see them. He set up 10 showings on a Saturday, and we started early. He was so nice to pick us up in his car so we didn't have to drive all day. We went through all the houses and found one we fell in love with. Jim wrote the offer that day at our hotel and submitted it to the sellers, it was accepted. So in under a week, he found 25+ homes for us to look at, showed us 10, and wrote an accepted offer and was honest the whole way. It was great. Would love to buy our next house with him! Jim is fantastic and we would recommend him to anyone! He's open and honest and is genuinely interested in finding the best house for your needs. We saw over 30 homes in a single week with him, and he never showed any impatience or frustration. He kept us organized by bringing individual printouts of each house in the order that we would be seeing them. Jim made what could have been a frustrating process, actually quite enjoyable and we even had a few good laughs along the way!
