Jimmy and his staff were the best real estate agents I've worked with. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. They put us in touch with all sorts of people to ease the purchasing process, like inspectors and insurance agents. They answered questions quickly and had software so we could review and sign the documents from our phones anywhere.

Jimmy is great, and seems to know everybody in town.I contacted Jimmy from out of state to help me find Key West property for a 1031 exchange.He listened to what I was looking for and sent only good prospects rather than a few viable prospects mixed in with much junk. Thanks!After I digested what he sent, I flew to Florida and we took a couple of days to look at the prospects. As we looked at the various properties he educated me on the unique local issues (hurricane shutters and roofs, rebar spalding, Truman Annex rental issues, etc.) He also took me by several properties that I had dug up, and it became apparent why he had not included those the prospects he sent. That was reassuring.He explained the somewhat unusual (for me) Florida escrow process, and, more importantly, he explained the unusual insurance needs for real estate in the Keys. Jimmy put me in contact with all the necessary folks to get myself set up as an out of state landlord.
