JL listed and sold my home. I didn’t have to come out of the pocket with any money for minor repairs nor did I have to stress about any repairs he took care of them for me. He made the transition smooth while during a deployment. My home sold at an extremely fast pace, to the first person, someone that was highly interested in it. It was listed Mar 1st and the interested buyer was viewing it a day or 2 later. To describe him I’d say A determined realtor, one that believes in getting the home sold as quickly as possible.
