I was new to the home buying experience and it seemed a lot of realtors would try to push homes outside of my budget. Lynn was patient and looked for almost a year, keeping in touch when something I would like came on the market. She is very personable and listens to her clients. Its not a sale she desires, its her clients overall happiness with a new home that works best for them.

We were so pleased with Lynn. She was a remarkable difference from the first set of realtors we set up some viewings with in the area. We are first time homebuyers and had just run away from that team that were trying to steal (not earn) our business through the whole procuring cause shenanigans that some realtors will bait you with. Before we even met, she was hard at work finding very specific houses in our wishlist areas to meet our needs and desires. She even asked if my mom's knees were okay to climb stairs! Throughout the process, she made sure to include suggestions for my dog's safety as well. We exchanged all of this over email so when we actually did meet, we had a very tailored tour through homes. We happened to find the one we loved on the first day but Lynn was actually prepared to explore a whole array of homes she had found in the area. I was very impressed by her preparation. On that note, Lynn is VERY detail oriented and full of suggestions. If you ever question why she does something a certain way, she'll back it up with stories from her past experiences where she or her clients faced a challenge in the buying process. I really felt like she had our best interests at heart and I was happy to have someone so knowledgeable and involved. She will try her best to help you with everything she possibly can. She will also let you know when she will be to the sideline to allow the other parties to do their part (lawyers, inspectors, etc.) Even when she wasn't supposed to be involved, she still took/returned my calls and emails whenever I had concerns. Buying a home is a nerve-wracking process, especially for first-timers like us and I'm so happy to have Lynn by our side along the way through all the twists and turns of the process.
