I would highly recommend them if you are interested in Outer Banks real estate market. We had vacationed in the area for several years, but had limited knowledge of the items to consider from an ownership perspective. Prior to our visit, we had numerous calls and they provided information to help us identify the target areas for our search that would have the best rental income prospects. They were helpful throughout the process and responsive on information requests, so we were able to identify the properties to target while we were on our vacation. They have also lived in the area for decades and know the area well and are a good resource for contractors/vendors.

He has helped us with local community information and with finding local contractors to assist us with upgrades.
