Joan Crossley

I have held my Texas Real Estate license since 1986 and have an interesting career life, beginning in the real estate field in the early 80's with Commercial leasing and management. I have traveled throughout Texas taking care of Strip centers, Malls and Office buildings. Presently I do both residential and commerical real estate. I live on a ranch in Van Zandt County where I raise registered cattle. My personal experience in raising cattle is a great asset when helping buyers purchase ranches. "I know what to help them look for, such as the size of barns, correct fencing, grasses, land amounts, and other factors that are important to cattle owners." I really enjoy meeting new people and helping them find their 'dream place'. It is very fulfilling. I also belong to several organizations including the East and North Texas Limousine Association, and the Canton Lions Club.
