Joni is the best! I am a first time homebuyer and I found Joni while calling to try and set up my own showings. Right away she offered to set up a bunch of showings for me that weekend! I was moving up to the area from Philadelphia and looking for a home within 30 minutes of my new job, which left me with quite the radius(thankfully she helped me to narrow that down). She was very attentive and would meet us at the last minute if a new listing popped up. If I was in the area she would try and get us there that day and if I was not close by we were there the following! She also spent many weekends, long hours, and long drives to show us houses all over NEPA. I was on a very short timeline and she was able to get everything done for us very smoothly. We greatly appreciate all of her hard work and guidance in helping us find our new home in just 2 short months! She is great at negotiating and I always felt she was looking out for our best interests. Not only is she great at what she does, but she is thoughtful, kind, and looked after us like we were her own family! We love our new home and we will definitely be using her for our next home, if we stay in the area (fingers crossed). Thank you for everything Joni!!! You are the fairy god mother of reality :-).

Returned to Scranton after a 51 year absence. Joni not only found us the quality classic old school style house at a fair price we wanted but as we later learned it had multiple family connections and history. Wow, thank you Joni
