JoAnn was a Godsend to us. Weichert could not sell our house after 8 months, they overpriced it from the beginning. JoAnn sold it in less than 4 months, she staged it perfectly, was there at every open house. You would be lucky to get JoAnn to sell your your home, she is hands down the best there is! I would not hesitate to use her again, have recommended her several times over. It was an honor to work with her. By the way, she also sold us our new home too!!!

JoAnn has an uncanny ability to make a house purchase fun. My wife and I accidentally ran into JoAnn while looking for a house, we decided to have her represent us and she went out of her way to help us out through the entire process. I think she showed us more than 30 houses in a three weekends. She's funny personable and reasonable. I'm glad to say my wife and i have a great new friend as well. Joanne was exceptional as my Real Estate agent.. I used her for multiple transactions and she always went above and beyond what we asked of her.
