JoAnn was amazing to work with. She is very familiar with the mountain areas. One of the first houses we looked at was one I liked from the online pictures. After looking at it and realizing it wasnt in the best area, JoAnn provided us a map with where the more residential vs industrial areas were, and where we would have a better chance finding what we wanted. She was in tune with what we liked and showed us houses that fit what we were looking for. She also was very quick to respond to any phone calls, text messages or e-mails, whether it was a weekday, weekend, day or evening. If she didnt have the information we were looking for, she found out quickly. She also worked efficiently with our broker, the inspector, the sellers realtor, escrow, etc. She was great at giving us the information to work with, but let us make a decision on our own. Advice was given when asked. We love the house we are in now, that she went through hoops to help us get. But whenever it is we are ready to move, we will most definitely work with her again. It was a fabulous experience, informative to us first-time buyers.
