Mrs. Thaxton was a dedicated agent. Promptly returned calls and emails.Most agents in this area quit working a 5:00, but JoAnn works around her clients schedules. She didn't waste our time showing listings above our price range or something that did not meet our requirements. Though it was nearly five months from showing to closing, JoAnn was with us every step of the way and actually advised us to offer less than I'd figured on, saving us thousands.
