Joann and her team (Rebecca) were complete pros and total experts with selling our home. They were soprofessional and very thorough with their marketing plan on selling our house. While it took more than 2months to sell our home, it took Joann a little over 2 weeks before we got our first offer. I think we wereunder contract in 18 days.We had listed with a different broker originally and realized it wasnt the right fit. In retrospect, we realized howimportant the broker role plays into the selling process. It was night and day between how Gary Greenesupported Joann and the other broker we had previously.Overall it was an excellent experience considering all we went through before meeting Joann.
