Joanne Mccann

I have know Joanne for over 15 years. My first introduction was as I was purchasing a house next door to her home, for which she was the listing agent. She not only effectively helped her friend, neighbor and seller but gave good advice to myself and my husband, as buyers. She became a good friend and neighbor. My next home purchase was found and put together by her, it was better than I could of expected. I have lived there 14 years. August of last year Joanne once again found me a home which is perfect. I had just retired and the mortgage process was difficult. Her years of experience paid off as she once again efficiently guided me through the process.
