We bought our very house from Ted, and we were so please that he sold that for us and helped us purchase our dream home. Ted and Joanne are like family now after going through the buying and selling process.

I was very pleased with DiFilippo Realty within 2 days of signing a contract to list the house he held an open house, they had a great turn out and then followed thru on any leads from the open house . within another 2 weeks he held another open house , he informed me and my siblings that there was a couple interested in the house , they came and looked at it 2 days later made an offer which Mr. DiFilippo called us and then met with me to go over the offer and all contracts, I was very surprised at the detailed assessment sheet that he made up for my siblings and I to go over, after discussing it with all concerned we agreed to accept the offer so within 4 weeks the house is in sales agreement. thru the process Mr. DiFilippo and his wife Joann worked with us, being there are 7 siblings who have an interest in the house, Mr. DiFilippo and his wife Joann took 22 pictures of the house and property and brought out the features of the house posted them , I was very impressed with this seeing the previous realty did not do any of this again within 4 weeks they sold the house .I would highly recommend Difilippo Realty to everyone I know who is either selling or looking for a home.
