We first connected with JoDee a year or so before we were ready to sell. She gave us advise on how to best spend money on updates. When we were ready to sell, she came back and pointed out a couple of things we should take care of before selling. In preparation for listing the house, she took amazing pictures for the listing. Our house went on the market around 3 pm on a Wednesday. We had two showings that evening and both parties put in offers. JoDee advised us as to which she thought was the better offer. We countered and the house went under contract 28 hours after it was listed. JoDee stayed in touch and made sure the inspection and appraisal were done in a timely manner. The sale went very smoothly. We would definitely use JoDee again if we had another house to sell in the Dickinson area!
