Ive come to realize like most companies youre looking to do business with, they pretty much offer the same price, benefits sales pitch, etc... so why did I go with Jodi & Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate. From the moment I met her she came prepared, very knowledgeable and had the patience to answer my many questions. For me, it was a case of being widowed, little experience selling a home, especially when you live in another state. Jodi ALWAYS responded to my many questions in a very quick timely manner and helped me understand the many things to consider when selling a house not to mention the steps to take in negotiating. My advice,..... they all offer the same sales pitch, be smart go with someone with excellent knowledge of the area, impecciable client service and response time and just an overall geniune, nice, caring, and sincere person choose Jodi Chute.

Jodi Chute was an excellent real estate agent; she went above and beyond to provide us with everything we needed. Ours was an out of state purchase so other than coming to Maine to look at the house, Jodi took charge of everything for us. We were in great hands! Jodi kept the lines of communication open via the phone, email and text at all times and was always able to answer questions and get the information we needed. We started looking at a few houses in the Lake Region area in the summer of 2012 using Jodi as our buyers' agent. She put us on her weekly e-mail list of properties, and we looked through them each week for about 9 months. Two properties that interested us came up one week, and we called Jodi to set up appointments to see them. We got in to see them almost immediately, and put an offer in on one of the houses. We were under contract in a couple of days. Throughout the whole process, Jodi was GREAT about answering our endless questions and was usually available by her office phone, cell phone, or e-mail. If she wasn't immediately available, she would get back to us very quickly. She was very patient as we worked through the now super-stringent mortgage process, and her persistence was instrumental in making sure that the process didn't fall apart after our mortgage agent suddenly quit. We never had to ask her to do anything - she was always one-step ahead of everyone else. She recommended several professionals (house inspector, septic inspector, closing agent) and they were all excellent. We couldn't have found better guys on our own. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jodi to anyone looking at buying or selling. She has a very thorough knowledge of the process, the area, and couldn't possibly make it easier for you because she already does it all!

Jodi was great she was always available for us anytIME 7 days a week. When I wanted to see a house she would make it happen right away.We can't say enough about her.
