Jodi was always quick to respond to every inquiry, provided easy to understand explanations to complex legal issues required for me, the buyer as well seller obligations, took the high road when I was being difficult, but stayed stern, professional, and thorough until she made my dream a reality. We located Jodi on line for our November trip to Las Vegas, and are so glad we did. Our initial plan was to look at the Sun City communities in Nevada to see if there was one we were interested in moving into. If so, we would come back after we sold our house in Texas and look for a house in the selected community. Jodi was happy to work with us, even knowing we were not planning to buy on this initial trip. She set aside most of a week to arrange appointments and show us homes in each of the three communities we were investigating. We never felt rushed, pressured or "steered" by Jodi. She stayed with the initial plan that we were "just looking" on this trip, and had to sell our Texas house before moving was even a possibility. When we decided to look at the Sun City in Mesquite, NV, 80 miles away from Las Vegas, her attitude was "I can do that." She made appointments to show us resale houses there that met our criteria, knowing that we would also be meeting with the developer's representative directly to consider having a home built. She was always on time, even meeting us in Mesquite. Her house selections for showings were always in line with what we requested. As it turned out, the house we selected was one she showed us in Mesquite. The unique lot with an unblocked view was not available in a new home, and the owners had already added many improvements we would have had to deal with in a new home, so it was a better choice for us. Because of the unique unblockable view, we bought the house. Jodi was very professional and helpful in preparing and submitting the offer and counter-offer, representing our interests very well, all the way through the final walk-through and closing. We could not have asked for more from a realtor.

Jodi is the best! When we decided that we were going to move from Phoenix to Las Vegas, we did an internet search for homes, which triggered calls from several Realtors. Jodi left the most professional and clear voicemail out of about five messages. That professionalism plus a hunch that Jodi would be a good match for us led to our calling Jodi. She provided us with Las Vegas market information and kept us updated with emails and calls on a regular (not excessive) basis. It was a few months later that we visited Las Vegas and Jodi met with us and spent an entire afternoon driving us around, familiarizing us with the different areas of the city as well as showing us three or four houses. Afterward she set up an MLS search for us to show us what was available even though we weren't ready to buy. This was helpful, giving us a better idea of what features we wanted in our home. It was almost a year before we were actually able to sell our Phoenix house and move into an apartment in Summerlin, but Jodi was there for us, ready to show us more houses. She is very friendly and very accommodating. She showed us houses that were in our price range and never pressured us, never made us feel as though we were taking too much time to decide on a place. When we decided to put an offer on a home, she patiently walked us through the entire process and even provided us with copies of paperwork that we could familiarize ourselves with prior to signing. I had requested information on a home that I had viewed on the site, and Jodi responded within an hour. We are out of state so our initial conversations were over the phone and emails. After giving Jodi some rather larger generalizations of what we were looking for. She immediately responded with a listing of potential residences, with updates each morning thereafter. As time progressed and we corresponded Jodi would refine the search criteria. And I would throw change ups, asking about new home communities. Jodi knocked it out of the park, by making contact and then having sales reps from the various communities that I was interested in send floor plans and pricing for my review. As the time approached that my wife and I would be in town to select a home the list of possibles would grow and shrink. Jodi was always responsive offering up recommendations and setting up the plan for crisscrossing the valley in search of that "perfect home". The time arrived when we met at Jodi's office for the first time. When we met it reinforced my initial thoughts that we had picked the best agent in the valley, she knows all the areas, as she has lived here for a number of years, she was organized with a full week of home viewing mapped out, even leaving some time for my wife and I to enjoy the restaurants, one of which she recommended, and shows that the city has to offer. As the home viewing started and progressed I would change my mind and Jodi would not hesitate to make adjustments. My wife and I had finally whittled the list down to the last three homes, two of which I had already seen and wanted my wife to see, and a new home that we both felt very good about. Wouldn't you know it! The final morning before decision day and I get my auto update from Easystreetrealty showing the latest listings,. And there it is, the listing that meets 100% of the search criteria and has that grab you photo "the million dollar view". I immediately call Jodi and ask her if we can include the home in our viewing for the day. She calls back in less than an hour and has added it to our tour for the day. Off we go and meet Jodi at the first home on that days list, then caravan to the second home for its first viewing. Still down to the new home on other side of valley and the first home we visited today. So on to the home that I had just seen that morning in the update listing. We arrive and immediately felt like we were 'coming home' as we drove up to the home. Then walking into and taking in the home my wife and I both felt that this was the home we could spend the rest of our lives in. And that view, magnificent, I will be spending many a morning drinking my coffee, reading the eNews, and watching the color of the mountain range change in the early morning sunrise. My wife, Jodi and I discussed while standing at the breakfast counter and decided we wanted to make the offer. Once we committed, Jodi took control and drove the process to conclusion with professionalism, and responsiveness to every challenge. As well as she made recommendations for various services, and ensuring that we had a check list of utilities, and cable companies contact information.
