I usually dont write reviews, but I must in this situation with my business actions with Joe. The main reason being the sale on my home, it was a very valuable business transaction. For my very first phone call with Joe, he seemed very trustworthy, professional, and a great strategy plan. There was a few things that really impressed me, first the stager for my house who is very professional Great realistic ideas, the photographer with the 3-D virtual tour were included in Joe commission fee. Which was very, very reasonable. But everything involved from the legal documents, to a very friendly and professional lawyer he recommended. Joe stayed in constant contact with us Keeping us informed of everything going on.He was available for a text or phone call at any time, including weekends, and evenings. He was well organized, price my house, ideal, where we received even over the selling offer. From going on the market, to closing took about one month. Thanks to Joe and his teams professionalism.
