Joe Dahl

Joe Dahl helped us find and buy a house we love coming home to, and we couldn't have done it without him. My wife and I were completely in over our heads until Joe guided us through the turmoil of the Seattle housing market. Calm, patient, and easygoing, Joe was perfectly willing to work with us on homes that we found ourselves online, gently nudging us away from the small house on the flood-plane, and other perhaps not-so great ideas, and all the while working tirelessly to help us. But after determining what we really wanted, Joe was able to guide us to a great house in a quiet, safe neighborhood, far better than any of the others we'd been looking at. And Joe was able to help us get it for tens of thousands less than the initial listing price. Even after closing, Joe continued to advise and guide us to reliable and efficient contractors to do the minor work we wanted before move-in. I trust Joe completely and am glad he was there to help us. Joe Dahl is a fantastic realtor with great understanding of the market, and just a good guy all around. I highly recommend him.
