I have listed and sold two homes with Joe I have also purchased a home through Joe. Looking at houses with Joe is like hanging out with your cousin on a Saturday afternoon. He just feels like family. He listens to the things you say you want in a home. Then, after supplying you with options and driving you to them, he points out some of the major points of the home and then he just sits back to let you investigate on your own. He was there in a moments notice to answer any questions or get us any more information. I really like the “no pressure technique” when we were looking at properties. For the selling of the two properties, he did a great job advising us on what to do regarding staging, etc. The photographs for MLS were great. The people he works with are wonderful and I was really impressed with the team effort that Atlanta communities puts forth.
