Joe helped us with the purchase of our Melrose home in 2016. In a tight sellers market Joe did his due diligence in helping find the right home in our price range. Four years to the day that we closed on our Melrose home, we sat with Joe at our dining room table making our battle plan to sell our beloved home due to a job transfer out of state. Again, Joe did his due diligence in pricing our home. I thought the price was high, but Joe had the research to back-up the asking price. In addition, he brought in expert assistance from an interior designer to help us stage our home to the fantastic photographer who truly highlighted all aspects of our property. The listing hit MLS on a Thursday evening and almost immediately my phone started blowing up with alerts for showing requests. I am not exaggerating when I say I was receiving constant requests from 6 in the evening until 11 that night. We received an offer for full asking price on the very first day of showings and a back-up offer along with several prospective buyers who wanted to see our home. I am sure if we had the time to keep the home on the market, we would have received offers over the listing price. It was truly a crazy whirlwind and I know I would have never survived the whole process without the support of Joe as my husband had already transferred out of state.
