Joe has over 10 years of real estate experience in North Carolina and Arizona. Before selling real estate in NC, he was a realtor in Arizona, where he still holds an active license. Joe grew up in upstate New York before moving to Phoenix , Arizona in 1996. During that time Joe and his wife started a Sales and Marketing company which they have owned and operated together for 15+ years. He found himself in the middle of an exploding Real Estate market in Arizona and sold and bought personally and as investments many homes before getting his Real Estate License in 2009. He quickly fell in love with North Carolina after visiting over many years and moved in 2012. Joe and his wife Melissa have two children.
