Immediately after I completed my mechanical engineering degree, I began building homes from the ground up. As an owner and builder, I oversaw all the construction trades of a 5 story building with 16 luxury apartments. The challenges I faced pushed me to my limits and helped me advance my knowledge in residential real estate investment and construction project management. My solid understanding of the housing market and my personal passion to architecture and interior design led me to price and sell all of the 16 high end units. Shortly after I relocated to Southern California, I obtained my realtor license and joined Keller Williams Brentwood office to pursue my passion and lifelong career plans. I continue to invest in residential properties where my high level knowledge as a builder has proven to be very beneficial.
