Joe Palazzolo

I Used Joe Palazzolo to help me purchase my first home in Lake Orion, MI in February 2018 and he was amazing. Before using Joe, I had had some experience with a previous agent who tried to help my girlfriend at the time and I find a condo / apartment in the West Bloomfield area. He was informative but did not show us what we were really looking for so we decided to stop looking. A few years later I was talking to a friend of mine and he suggested that I talk to Joe. He told me about how Joe was in the realty business and how committed he was to finding the perfect house for his clients. Later that night I called Joe and we talked for a while about everything I was looking for in a house. Within hours I had received an email with lots of listings. Once going through a few dozen homes within the email, I contacted Joe again to tell him some of my favorites. He immediately got on the phone and started to set up showings. The very next day we went to 4 different houses, 2 of which I had picked and the other two he had found and wanted to show me. One of the homes he had found I immediately fell in love with and told Joe I needed to sleep on it. A few days went by and I told Joe that I would like to make an offer on the house but he regretfully told me that the house had already sold. So much for sleeping on it... Houses were flying off the market. Months went by where Joe, or I, would find a house and would be either sold by the time that I offered or the homeowner would pull the house off the market. Countless times I would find a house that I would like to go see and it was very late in the evening and I would call Joe. He seemed like he would never sleep because no matter what time of the day it was he would be up working with me to find a house. I can't count how many times I would call him late in the evenings and within a few hours would have a showing ready for the next day. More months went by and Joe was still hanging in there with me and not giving up or sending my work to one of his other co-workers. Joe is incredibly patient with and was very committed to finding the right house for me so that I could make it a home with my fiancé. After looking at countless homes online, my fiancé and I found the perfect home. I quickly called Joe up and he had a showing setup within the hour. All three of us went to the house in Lake Orion and fell in love with it. We noticed how meticulous the previous owners were in the upkeep of the home and that was very important to us since the home was an older home. This gave us reassurance that this home was the right one for us. We decided to put an offer in on the house and Joe had the paperwork all ready within a few hours. We were suggested by Joe to add a small cover letter to the offer and that sealed the deal. The homeowners read our cover letter and loved it even though we decided to submit an offer that was lower than asking price. Joe then negotiated with the sellers agent to get the house a few thousand less than asking and was successful. Throughout the buying process, Joe always had all of the answers to our questions and was very knowledgeable with the market. Within 30 days we had keys and were ready to move in. Joe was very helpful and committed to us finding the perfect home. He stood by us the whole way and went to the closing to make sure the process went as smooth as possible. I really don't think he could have done anything different to make it any smoother or easier to purchase a home. Joe is by far the most committed agent / person I have ever worked with and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home. Joe will make sure you find it.

He was in constant communication with us and kept us informed of everything from the minute we listed to our closing. He answered all questions very thoroughly. He went above and beyond to market our home, including having a 3D tour of the house made and did an open house.
