So many of my friends watch shows on HGTV and say to me, "it looks like so much fun being a Realtor!" I admit I DO have a lot of fun with my clients, in fact, I make it a point to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. But showing beautiful homes to buyers, or helping sellers get top dollar for their property is only a fraction of what I do. Most of my time is spent negotiating contracts, researching the market, and coordinating the 163 steps it takes to sell a house (yes, I counted them) - none of which you see on TV. Since 2012, I have been a FULL TIME, fully licensed Realtor, and have participated in hundreds of closings. What I most enjoy about Real Estate is the fulfillment I get from helping people achieve goals. Home purchase and sales are generally the largest financial investments Americans will make. It can be scary and stressful, and I take tremendous pride in protecting you throughout the entire process.
