He never failed to make me laugh about the quirks or weird things that we found in some of the houses that we looked at. I really liked that he had a genuine interest in what I liked in a house and gave me multiple options that catered to those things. He never pushed or tried to sell me on a particular property. He gave me his professional opinion on all the properties that we saw -- detailed the pros and cons. Joe is one of the most hardworking people I know. He is always available to take you to view houses or wait for inspectors. He answers all texts, emails, and calls even in the middle of the night or on Sundays. If hes out of town, hell send someone in his stead so you dont have to rearrange your schedule. I have met his sons, Riley and Brennan, who are also as friendly and helpful as Joe.Joe helped me find and acquire my first home. He connected me to good people who made this a reality. I am deeply and forever grateful.
