We had previously had our house on the market with a different realtor/company for a few months and the whole experience was horrible! We were very hesitant to put it back up again, but from day one when Joel reached out to me I knew that he was very knowledgeable and we were going to successfully sale our house quickly! Joel was always quick to reassure us everything would work out when something would arise, he put all of worries to rest. He always went above and beyond with keeping an open line of communication with us, if we had any questions, he was always quick to respond and answer all questions. He was very adamant about representing us and putting us first and voicing all of our wants/needs throughout this whole process! Originally, had home listed with another agent. However, we did not have a lot of foot traffic and the house went unsold. After meeting with Joel we realized that he would be the most qualified to represent us. Joel kept us informed and updated throughout the sales process and was completely professional and a pleasure to work with.
