Joel was an International Partner within each of these organizations and immediately before returning to the USA, was managing partner of a 45-attorney law firm based in Central Europe which concentrated in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Joel, together with his family, made the decision to move permanently to the area in early 2002 after several years of part time residency. He is from the mid-west and spent most of his professional career in Chicago and Europe.
