When it came time to put an offer a house, Joelle helped us think through multiple ways to make our offer more competitive. At no point in the process did we feel pressure and Joelle was very helpful for understanding what might be a good deal and what might be overpriced. Joelle is the best Realtor in the Jersey City and NYC area! I was trying to sell my condo remotely. I had moved to another city long time ago and was renting my condo in Jersey City for a while. Then I decided to sell earlier this year but could not fly back to JC due to Covid. First time I hired another big-name realtor with a large team that seemed super professional. However, it did not go very well. After more than half a year without a single offer, I called Joelle. She helped me took care of everything!!! She staged my condo, asked people to design my backyard and shoot super good photos and videos. Then my condo was sold very quickly. I did not even show up during the whole process, and eventually the money came to my bank account, all because Joelle took care of everything! You must hire her if you want to buy or sell a home. She is very professional, responsive, caring, and down-to-detail. Highly recommend her!

From the start she made us feel at ease and never once seemed annoyed or irritated when we had a million questions about the whole process. Which is a serious process. Wow. Which is not to say don't buy a house...just that you should buy a house with Joelle!I really don't have any bad words to say. She works incredibly hard and truly puts the buyer first. She is funny, kind, and knows her stuff. She was flexible too - willing to show us things that were a bit out of what we thought we wanted, but also willing to show us places that we had found on our own and were curious about. She is really knowledgable about real estate in general, and incredibly so in the Jersey City area where we were looking.Joelle is a phenomenal broker, especially for a first time home buyer. Great! She took us around Jersey City, showed us multiple buildings, was very knowledgable in the area (food, transportation, etc), very on top of the best apartments for the best prices, and not pushy at all. She helped find us the apartment we moved into. It turned out to be the first one she showed us. Highly recommend!!
