Joelle was the best realtor we've had after moving in the military for 17 years. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, energetic, and a woman who embodies Aloha Aina! We found Joelle on Zillow as we were not on the island and she quickly got to know us and what kind of home we were looking to buy, area we were wishing to live, and our timeline. Joelle kept in contact with us up to when our buying window was approaching and quickly accommodated us when we spontaneously flew to the island for a long weekend. She scheduled and showed us every home we were interested in potentially buying and we started the offer process. 4 houses and 4 offers later, we found a beautiful home and just closed at the beginning of March. A realtor who goes above and behind for clients, she kept an eye out for the type of home we wanted, suggested we look at the house we bought and set up virtual tours. She is dedicated to her clients and her job. She is passionate about it and will answer every little question you have. She is wonderful to work with, we never doubt of reaching out to her because we knew she wouldnt mind answering our questions. She is knowledgeable and when she doesnt know the answer to something, she finds out for you! Joelle was incredible throughout the entire home-buying process and helped us immensely every step of the way. We were first time home-buyers and operating under tight time constraints but Joelle worked with us every step of the way providing invaluable guidance. Her knowledge of the area helped us locate a place with a manageable commute taking into account the traffic throughout the day and multiple work locations, she helped us locate a place within our budget and with fantastic bones that we can really grow into, and it was like she knew our needs better than we did. One example of this is where we were convinced we could get away with a place without a parking stall, but she convinced us to make that a priority and we now realize how helpful it truly is. Joelle seemed to have infinite patience and long standing rapport with every single person we saw her work with on the island. She was even keeled through some unavoidable hiccups caused by our constraints and the logistics of our move from the mainland, and helped us navigate through these rough patches with apparent ease. She knew exactly how to work with everyone in every facet of the process, and if we asked a question she didnt have an answer to, she would go out of her way to either find the answer or find us someone who had it. She knew when to follow up to keep something moving and when to show restraint so as not to cause undue pressure or resentment that would exacerbate a problem. We will be recommending her to every person buying a home here in a heartbeat. She had so much insider knowledge of the area, the market, the homes, and the process and she was a joy to work with and clearly has a way with people. Words just dont do justice to how much of a rockstar she is. If/when we sell our current place and buy a different one, she will be the only person we go to. Thanks Joelle!

As a first time home buyer, Joelle was one of many realtors that we have encountered during our house hunting journey.
