Joely Fabritsis

I was initially introduced to Joely while doing some independent research on a Coldwell Banker forclosure that I was interested in. I was doing this research because my realtor at the time just blew me off any time I even mentioned a forclosure. Joely took her time talking to me about the property and about foreclosures in general. I learned so much from her from that very first phone call, which is exactly what I needed as a first-time home-buyer. She is also very honest and ethical. She asked me if I was working with a realtor and let me know how strongly she felt about the ethics among realtors. Eventually, I did dump my original realtor who was clearly after a quick and easy payday and started working with Joely. The experience was night and day. She always took the time to answer all of my questions. She let me take my time. She has a really positive attitude and is very fun. Very often I had several people joining me for showings, and she was always very kind to my family. As a first time home buyer, there were many things I wouldn't even know to ask, but she made sure my first-time home-buying experience was pleasant and successful. She has great recommendations for the different professionals you need to work with along the way. I could not recommend her more. She's fantastic and always kept us laughing! Thanks, Joely!
