Working with Joey Hedberg and Sherri Bird was such an amazing experience! I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. They made it so stress free and easy for us. The advice Joey had for us to stage and prepare worked. Our house was under contract within 24 hours. We tried to sell my parents home on our own resulting in limited showings. We learned about Joey Hedberg. We called him and told of the urgent need to the house. Choosing a real estate agent is an important decision. You are going to be spending a good amount of time with whoever you choose. I was originally going to go with another agent but chose Joey because he fit more of my personality and was on top of things from the beginning. I was able to find the home I ended up purchasing on my first day house hunting with Joey; however he was more than willing to continue to go with me on several occasions until I was sure it was the right one. He showed genuine interest in my purchase and was excited for me which made the experience fun. The one thing I appreciated the most about working with him was his quick response time, he was always available for questions and kept me updated during the whole process and in the end I felt like I got a friend out of it. Joey is the type of guy that you want to invite back to see the place once youve made it your own and Id recommend him to anyone.

I relocated to the area from the East coast with no knowledge of the local area. Joey was extermely helpful and responsive in providing feedback and knowledge of the various parts of the Salt Lake and Utah Valley areas. The main things Austin and I wanted to learn by attending the Buyer's Seminar were what the different loan options and what kind of home we could afford. We were surprised to find out that a home buyer does not pay Realtor fees! One of the coolest things was that Joey said he'd treat our money like it was his money and he did. He also said he'd work with us as long as it takes to get us exactly what we want and need- we felt no pressure! The most fun part was actually the closing because we knew it would be ours soon! I really love my beautiful wood front door and knowing that this house is all ours!!
