Joey is an excellent realtor. As a first time home buyer the process was a little daunting. However, Joey made everything incredibly easy. In a world where everyone is a "Relator" Joey is the gold standard for what a professional relator is. When talking to others about their experience with realtors I know Joey is different. We randomly picked him off the internet because of all his great reviews and I am glad we did. We spoke to a couple other realtors and learned immediately that Joey was much more knowledgeable and professional. Joey always went out of his way to make sure that we understood every step of the process of buying our first house as well as selling our first house and it made the whole process for us much easier just by having him as our realtor. He is honest and will always tell you when to worry and even not to worry. Joey was the perfect realtor for us and became a friend to us. He cares about what you are looking for and he cares about your opinions as well. He always went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and we got everything he could offer us. My wife and I are extremely glad we hired Joey as our realtor! We hadn't purchased a home in just over 14 years and the thought of relocating to Lee's Summit was daunting to say the least. Joey was with us during every step of the process. With his help we managed to find and buy our dream home in the school district we wanted for our son. We even ended up in a bidding situation where we could have quite easily lost the house but with Joey on our side we came out on top. I would recommend him to ANYONE looking for a house.
