John is noted for his negotiating skills, honesty, professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge of the market. John graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and had a career as a CPA and later as Treasurer of a New York Stock Exchange company prior to becoming a Realtor. He has made his home in Banner Elk since 2005 and loves music and volunteering. He has been Treasurer of the Banner Elk Kiwanis Club since 2009, directed the summer concert series for 5 years, led the July 4th Party in the Park for several years and has done many other fund-raising events for charities and the community!
