My wife, Karen and I first met John 4 years ago as we were seeking to buy a home in Avalon Park. He immediately came up with the perfect house for us. Now it was time to sell since we needed to move on for family reasons. We immediately contacted John, knowing his knowledge and contacts in the community, would serve us well. He provided us with details of the best way to market our home and we made the necessary improvements and changes.We were no longer living in Orlando so we thought the the distance might create issues for us. John was aware of our concern and kept us very well informed of everything he was doing. He listed our house on a Thursday morning and within FIVE HOURS had a contract that was acceptable to us! He continued to provide us with excellent representation until the process was complete.
