12/12/2020 - John has been amazing to work with. He really digs in to get to know you and to figure out what you are really looking for. Extremely detail oriented and focused. Any twists and turns that come up in the process, he didn't miss anything and was super on top of it. Super customer service oriented mindset.

We worked with John 5 years ago to buy our home, then worked with him to recently to sell the same home. He was knowledgeable, positive, and kept us informed every step of the way. 08/08/2019 - How likely am I to recommend John Baque? I already have! If you are reading this, you can stop your search for a realtor right now. Do yourself a favor and just give John a call. You want him selling your property or helping you find a new one. The guy is amazing! I imagined the process of selling my place would involve one hassle after another, which is partly why I put it off for so long. But John made the whole process a breeze. He came to me highly recommended, and he did not disappoint. Far from it. From the first time I talked to him until he let me know the sale had been recorded at the county, I had full confidence in him. Indeed, he far exceeded every expectation I had. I should also note that I no longer live in Utah, where my property was located. I thought that might be a hindrance but it wasn't at all. John kept me informed at every stage, thoroughly answered my questions, responded promptly to my inquiries, gave excellent advice, and went above and beyond at every turn. Speaking of turns, we encountered some very unfortunate and unusual circumstances along the way, but John never skipped a beat. Seriously, the guy is a superstar!

As a first time home owner, I was a bit intimidated by the overall process at first. Fortunately for me, I was referred the Michael Jordan of all realtors! Upon meeting John, I was immediately put at ease due to his warmth and genuine aura of kindness. It was evident after sitting down and speaking with him, I felt that he was the right person to embark on the home purchasing journey with. He effortlessly guided me through every step of the way and beyond in such a manner that highlighted his expertise real estate. That personalization makes you feel as if you are the only client. Simply put, amazing. The impeccable communication and openness that he responded with to every text, email, or phone call day or night made this first purchasing experience easy like Sunday morning. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about finding a realtor who not only we could trust but who would find us the right home. I hate real estate agents Over 5 years of investing I have ha crappy agent after crappy agent. John worked his butt off for m and even taught me a few things that made m offers much more competitive I can honestly say John is the only real estate professional I have ever me the I would actually use again. He is hard working,honest he is an investor himself, and to top it all o he i really cool and funny You pretty much pay all Realtors the same so why no use the best, why not use John.
